I have been writing on Hubpages for nearly 2 years and it has been an interesting and fruitful journey for me. I go through stages of writing and pursuing other web sites that I have, in the effort to try and supplement my earnings with my online writing.

I work as a professional artist and also build websites and write online. I also love playing and watching golf. I spent the last 7 years living in Dubai but am now based in the UK.

My aim in 2011 was to have an income of at least $100 a month from all of my web sources, including Hubpages. I actually achieved this in September 2011 and wrote about it in a hub: how I achieved $100 a month. My aim for the end of 2012 is to have earnings of $500 a month.

Right now I am generating some from Hubpages and some from my own websites, as well as increasing amazon sales. 

If you like writing and are interested in joining hubpages and earning money from it then you can join here. Don't expect to earn a fortune but if you write good quality articles then you can build yourself a passive monthly income like I have.
